Briefing summary:

SNCB wants to communicate that they hire train drivers. The request concerns certain specific cities in the North and in Brussels (Brussels NL & FR, Antwerp, Hasselt, Leuven, Ghent, Waasland, Kortijk & Bruges).

Strategy:

To create awareness around this campaign and let people know that the SNCB hires train drivers, we’ll be working with a 2m² network to generate reach and frequency in the North and Brussels, with a SPECIFIC FOCUS on the key cities communicated.

JCDecaux is the best partner as they cover most of those cities. But in order to cover all the cities, we will complete this plan with a part of programmatic DOOH in Ghent & Kortrijk (with digital screens).
