Outsight NV processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

For what purpose and on the basis of which basis do we process personal data?
Outsight NV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
  • To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to be able to carry out our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products
  • Offer you the opportunity to create an account
  • To deliver goods and services to you

Automated decision-making

Outsight NV does not make any decisions based on automated processing about matters that could have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a person (for example, an employee of Outsight NV).

We conclude a processor’s agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Outsight NV remains responsible for this processing. In addition, Outsight NV will not provide your personal data to other third parties, except with your express consent.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please make your passport photo, identity card number and national registration number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
